WHITE MEAT VS RED MEAT DATA VISUALIZATION, SOCIAL RESEARCH, EATING HABITIt is known that an unhealthy or unbalanced diet significantly contribute to obesity. This project seeks to illustrate how eating different meats, specialy differents parts of an animal, influences people's weight. I focussed on pork and chicken, which are the most popular meats in China. This project ought to find out how does eating different meat influence people's weight and healthy level.
I compared the calorific value of different part of the animal and presented the data in a visual form. Overall, the aim of the project was educational, giving consumers information that would help them make smarter and healthier choice when buying meat at the butcher shop or supermarket.
